Rick Kariolic is a producer, filmmaker, and rock n’ roll videographer who shook the world of high fashion as a model. As a model he worked with such photographers as Terry Richardson, Matthias Vriens, and Francesco Scavullo and he felt he shared the same kind of energy. Clients have included Vogue Hommes, Another Magazine, Details, Paul & Joe, Gilded Age, and many others.
While working as a model, Rick always brought his camera to shoots and started working on both sides of the camera. He is the ultimate behind-the-scenes guy.
Rick Kariolic founded and served as artistic director of the Chashama Film Festival, which focused on the rise and fall of societies. He brings all of this experience to the table as a filmmaker to produce excellent pieces, capturing the excitement of the moment all with a stellar eye for detail.
America is under-educated when it comes to the true history of colonization. It is hidden behind other grand stories while atrocities are swept under the rug. I hope to bring historical information to students from around the 8th grade thru college. If they see how the true foundation of this country was built, there is a chance that in future generations it might rub off and make this country where it was first imagined to be.
