The main character is trapped in a obession loop. This loop is repeated even though she tries to get out of it. She tries to interact with the obsessions but they ignore her. They are immersed in their own obessions (rare / strident actions) and every time become more anxious until a final moment that she manages to get out. When she gets out, she is soaked in sweat but she goes from despair to relief.
