Joe Malouf has served as both a police and paramedic for the last 24 years. He has his associates, bachelors and masters degrees in law enforcement and Ph. D studies in law enforcement intelligence. Mr. Malouf had appeared as a paramedic on Chicago Med and Chicago Fire. He is now writing, directing and producing a television series loosely based on his own career.
