Daniel longed to touch the moon; with Sandy’s help, he’d reach the stars. It was 1969 and America was embarking on the biggest adventure known to humankind with its voyage to the moon. Daniel too was pursuing the unknown; leaving the path of isolation he had known for so long to embrace the love of another. The only question was would he be able maintain that trajectory or would he veer off course never to be seen again. That was the challenge for ‘The Astronot’.
Tim Cash is an independent Filmmaker from Bend Oregon. Tim specializes in ultra-low budget films and music videos. Tim has made a name for himself in the industry as a camera op, producer, director and editor. Tim’s previous projects include “Two Wheels, One Planet”, “Side Door” and Boom Varietal.
Working on “The Astronot” was a dream come true for me. It was one of the hardest and most rewarding projects I’ve ever been a part of. Directing Pennan Brae was a pleasure and I’m sure he agrees a lot of blood, sweat and tears went into making this film.
